1. No Refund Policy
- All fees paid for Subscription, Consulting, Training, or Signals services are non-refundable once the service has been activated or accessed.
- Payments made for advisory or training programs are considered final and binding.
- Elite X Capital does not process refunds for unused services, change of mind, market losses, or dissatisfaction arising from investment outcomes.
2. Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Payments: If a client is mistakenly charged twice for the same service.
- Technical Errors: If payment processing issues occur due to system malfunction, resulting in incorrect charges.
3. Client Responsibility
- Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing service details, terms, and pricing before making payments.
- By making a payment, clients confirm their full understanding and acceptance of our No Refund Policy.
4. Disputes
- Any refund-related disputes must be submitted in writing to info@xcapital.ae within 7 business days of the transaction.
- Elite X Capital reserves the right to review and decide on disputes at its sole discretion.
5. Final Transaction
All valid payments made toward Elite X Capital services are deemed final. Once the service is delivered, no cancellations or refunds will be entertained.
